Option 2: Advertise Your Rental as a Featured Listing on Wetzel Realty’s Website Wetzel offers two packages for homeowners who are interested in posting their homes on our website, while marketing and managing the home on their own. The homeowner maintains responsibility for the application and acceptance process, lease creation and day-to-day management of the home. Basic Package $49:

· Listing will flow to 20 other websites in addition to the Wetzel Realty site
